A driven developer and entrepreneur specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.  As a researcher, I worked on applications of AI and big data analytic in the world of cyber-security focusing on intrusion detection Internet of Things (IoT) integrated critical infrastructure. I am a published academic author with several publications in top publishers including IEEE, Elsevier, and Springer.

To keep up with the state of the art of my field, I like to tackle problems of various applications with AI-based solutions. I believe that learning through applications can be more effective and enjoyable.

Heuristic Feature Selection For Enhanced Classification Open Source

Heuristic algorithms, such as Genetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization, are used to select an ideal subset of features that can improve the classification accuracy and reduce training time of machine learning classifiers. Three heuristic algorithms are used along with three classifiers and tested in the application of cyber-attack detection in power systems.
